06R-09DX 240 Swap

Can I bolt an 09DX swingarm/wheel/axle/spacer/pulley directly onto my 06R? If yes I'm thinking I need to purchase the 09' front pulley and belt? Any help is GREATLY appreciated, love reading the extensive knowledge on this site. Have attempted the re-"search", but time is running out, upcoming deployment to Bagram.
