I'm having difficulty finding a domestic source. I'm not even sure what they go for. More than 100.00 for both. If it's a lightly used set someone's changed their mind on. I'm okay with that.

The problem is the 30T international pulley you want never came from the factory on a domestic VROD. It is and was only available as a replacement part or as an obsolete kit.

You have 3 choices buy new from H-D, buy used from international source and pay crazy shipping costs, or by an early domestic 30T pulley will not index on the flange you have so you need the flange also. Search the forum there is lots more of good info and pictures be careful of used pulleys on e-bay.

You also need to avoid the belts and pulleys that came on the later 240 tire bikes. The belts are narrower and the pulleys are offset!

I made the mistake of buying a 30T pulley from e-bay overseas and paying as much for shipping as the pulley cost. It turned out to be an offset pulley for a 240 tire bike. I might have the only 30T pulley in the US that would fit a Muscle?

The belt you have 149T will work as stated by streetrodracer. The early 150 belt from domestic 2003 will also work.
