Hi there
I just bought my first Harley and I wanted to ask, what is the different between the VRSCA and VRSCB?
Now I´m just waiting for the bike to arrive to Iceland, I bought a ´05 V-Rod with only 350 miles on it, custom paintjob, sidemount license plate and lowered with procressive shocks at the rear.
I just can´t wait for the bike to arrive, I have been riding a Suzuki Intruder 800 1996 for 2 years now and dying to try a real bike :biker:

Best regards from Iceland Oddi

Welcome to the forum!

I believe the difference between the A and B models is the B has a blacked-out frame. I'm sure others will chime in to provide clarification.

Enjoy the ride!!

Help

Looking for help about my VRSC.

I'm not certain if I am burning oil or not...but here's the info...

a week or so ago, I checked the oil level and it was not even showing up on the dipstick...so I rode it back to the dealer, had them verify the level (in which they added oil to bring it to the half level on the stick). One week goes by, and I checked it after warming it up, and it once again doesn't even show on the stick. I had bought synthetic during the 1000 mile service, and I'm just at 2300 miles now. So, I added another quart of synthetic and rode for the day. Upon my return home, I checked the oil level again, and it was only at the half way point on the stick...has anyone else had any issues with their bike using oil??

Is there anywhere to ride in the land of ICE?:stilpoke:
Just kidding and enjoy your ride when it gets there. My wife and I have been wanting to fly to Reykjavik for a weekend. They have direct flights from Minneapolis. Sounds like a great city and country! :vrodforu: :vrodforu: :vrodforu:

Try riding it HARD a few times. I've heard of them burning oil until the piston rings seat. It usually stops then.
