Oh, what a beautiful day, judged a bike show in Jonesboro, LA then on to the "Cove" ; nice little out of the way place :cheers: in the middle of Kisatchie NF. By the way only one ROD at the bike show, guess whose?:D

My mom is coming down from Iowa to see my boy for his 1st b'day and she is bringing some good pork loin to put on the grill. Not very cajun, but we inject ours with some creol butter or creol garlic and can't forget the Tony's.

I like the Richards. They make a fine boudin. My favorite is Zummos.
I know it aint made in Luzana and they spell it boudain! Wal-mart and Super1 carry it around these parts.

All I know is good when I taste it.

Never heard of it... That's the way they spelt it in Houston at the drag races, tasted the same... Richards is awesome when you grill it.

Festival International

This weekend in Lafayette. Will be taking the fiance' and the V-Rod (my two favorite ladies) downtown Friday and Saturday. Lots of diffrent groups from all over the world. Weather should be GR8. Jazz fest os also this weekend and next. Y'all get out there and ride...
