Have just brought a muscle Rear Fender & Seat for my 2006 Vrsca just wondering how hard it is some people say straight swap others say needs slight modifications any feedback would be good my bike has 240 rear conversion all ready.

I don't believe it is a straight swap. '07 and up bikes had a wider frame in the rear to support the larger fuel tank. The bolt pattern is different between the two types of frame/fender mounts. Possibly you could build an adapter plate that would allow you to bolt the fender to the plate and the plate to the frame of the '06?
 
Its as good as a straight swap. You may have to trim a little of the inner fender for clearance issues. Frame is no different at the top and the bolt pattern is the same. You will heve to modify the seat hinge position slightly on the seat to make it close in the right place, but that is pretty simple.
