Very nice! Sweet ride!! If they had still had silver as an available color in 2013, that is what I would have probably gotten instead of black.

Ride safe,
Buster

The more I think about this and read here, the more I really NEED to do something about the front suspension, and WANT to do something about the rear. The front end dive and feel is just sad compared to what I had on my Warrior, and does not inspire confidence through corners.

Going to look into rebuilding the fork and replacing the rear shocks. From what I've read, sounds like fork springs and oil should help with the front, and anything is better than the factory rear shocks. I'm about 230 with my gear, ride with a passenger occasionally, and ride the bike like it was meant to be ridden :)

Really nice ride there inspiribomb. you're spot on about the shocks. I have the factory rear shocks and I was really wanting to change them, but I had to replace the back tire first. What's weird, After I changed the back tire from the stock to a Metzeler ME880 Marathon 260, it rides much better now. So I'm holding off on replacing the rear shock, but still looking to do it at some point.

Hey, can you add a pic with the sport windshield?

I've got a brand new back tire sitting in my basement waiting to go on this spring. Planning to have some extra fun with the worn tire before changing it out since I never do that.

I hate how windshields look on this style of bike (had one on my Yamaha Warrior), but I ride a lot, and keeping the wind off my torso really helps with fatigue and when it's chilly out. I was actually pretty impressed with the quality of the HD shield, and it doesn't look terrible. Found a deal on a new one online and don't regret the purchase at all. I suppose the proof will be when I get to ride it. Making it quick release is slick as well for when you need to wash it or just want to go without.

The bike is hibernating in the garage but I can try to snap some pics.

I found a deal on some Progressive 970's so may be making the plunge on those and follow up with the progressive springs and heavier fork oil, then it'll definitely be ready :D

Some goodies I have on the way:

- LED gauge panel from Dutch Custom LED, blue with red needles.
- Plug and Play brake light flasher from DCL
- Daymaker LED headlight with halo ring (polished housing with black light) from Keith at Altered State Design

Next up, suspension...

My hd windshield arrives in the mail on Tuesday and can't wait to see if I like it or if I will have to buy a rifle replacement shield for the higher version. I also bought the locking clamp and he storage bag for it

I am on the fence with doing the led conversion. I really want the gear indicator but worried about sending my cluster overseas and possible issue with shipping and getting lost in the mail. His work looks amazing! Also not sure I want to give up the automatic feature of the fuel needle turning red when reserve comes on.
