Just looking for a stage one tuner.

Decided on the Tab slip ons.

Not looking to break the bank here.

The SERT is out I asked the stealer for a quote and they said 580$ CDN and four hours dyno time at 120 per!

Cobra seems nice but not at that price.

PV seems popular but that thing isn't cheap and strikes me as overkill for pipes and air cleaner.

Leaning towards a EJK 3.5.

I've been VERY pleased with the TTS MasterTune. Tab's, 1.75 baffles, topless and an Amsoil high-flow filter.

The dyno chart is among the best I've ever seen. Very smooth.

It's a 12' VRSCF

The night rider site shows no option for the 12'

Send them an email or pick up the phone and ask the question. The O2 sensors did change sometime in the last few years, but doesn't seem like adapting the voltage dividers would be a very big deal.

Don't expect your bike to run like it's got a tuner and $500 worth of dyno time, it won't. But it will run very well, no misses, no stutters, no flat spots, and no popping.

I am going to second flybigjet and recommend the TTS Mastertune. Like the SE Race Tuner and Super Tuner, it flashes the stock ECM and nothing stays on the bike. There is a box that acts like a dongle that attaches to cables between the data port on the bike and the laptop or desktop computer that has the tuning software. There is no cutting and splicing into the wiring harness and there is no black box you have to find a place for on the bike.

Mastertune is made by the same vendor that developed the Race Tuner for Harley. There was some sort of business disagreement and the two firms parted company. Mastertune has the same features as the Race Tuner, and quite a few more. It offers much more tuning options than the Super Tuner. One really neat thing is you can use one TTS Mastertune device on more than one bike, where a Race Tuner or Super Tuner is married to one and only one ECM forever.

Also, your bike has some learning going on in the logic, and since you have O2 sensors, you can data log with the dongle attached to the bike and use the recorded data to modify your maps. You don't necesssarily need to use a dyno to tune it properly. If I had to do it over again that is what I would buy.
