Bub Jug Huggers with Stealth Baffles

Does anyone have the Bubs with the Stealth Baffles installed? I'm curious as to what difference in sound and power they make over the stock Bub setup.
I don't want them so loud that I wake the neighbors in the next county over, but do want a good sounding setup.

I use 1 1/2" baffle wrapped in 4 sq feet of fiberglass. Quietens it down and performs better than the big 2 1/4" baffle.

Got 'em on!

Just got them on this weekend. That front header pipe was a bitch to get tightened down, but we got-er-done! I put the stealth baffles in, but they are still nice and loud!!! Great low end torque.

I am very pleased!!!

stealth baffles

I also have the stealth baffles on and did an extra modification to increase back pressure which gives it a deeper sound. I love the look of the huggers and the sound. I am thinking of adding more for the pressure. One thing nbice about the cureent sound everybody looks at the ground thumping V-Rod. Robert

Jug Hugger Baffles

I installed the Jug Huggers with Bub's stealth (1 3/4) baffles, and am very pleased with a couple of minor caveats: I had to drill a new screw hole in one end cap to turn it so the two would align and look right, and I believe the front pipe could be tucked in a bit more for even more ground clearance (I was always dragging my SE-IIs).

My question is: Where does one find 1 1/2 inch baffles that will fit these pipes? I tried wrapping the 1 3/4 baffles with fiberglass and couldn't get them back in the pipe. I like the sound of the pipes but find them a bit loud for extended riding.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I had a question pertaining to these baffles and I did search hence I found this thread. I am interested in installing baffles. From what I can tell from BUB.com, the stealth baffles do not fit the VROD. Are the people that are using baffles using the big willy G baffles instead? I have provided a link to the BUB accessories page for reference purposes. If anyone has part numbers or order information, that would be great. I have sent an email to BUB have not heard back yet.
