How hard are these on paint?
I have not used these particular tank bags, but have a different T-bag. I have had no problems with any damage to my tank cover. The magnets are typically behind smooth cloth, and do not slide around (to scratch). I recommend that you have a clean tank cover when you use it, otherwise there is a better chance of scratching the paint.

Good find indeed. So how did the "man made" leather end up looking? Need to decide between the nylon and the leather look. Thanks
I just got mine. I was also concerned that it will end up looking like a cheap vinyl but was pleasantly surprised! The material has a certain texture to it that is very pleasing to look at and to the touch. It does not shine and looks good with my flat black (denim) paint.

The whole bag is really well made. There are mesh dividers and zippers inside, and the outside zippers seem very solid with over sized pulls. The underside has an extra layer of protective cloth - to prevent scratching the paint, I think. The bag came with a _second_ protective cloth (in case you lose the first?). The suction cups appear very pliable and strong.

There is also a little carry handle on the front. The only thing I don't like is the big T-bag logo on top; I generally dislike logos. But that's a minor issue. I was able to fit a very large, metal sunglasses' protective case from Harley inside the bag in variety of positions - this surprised me because the bag shape and the case shape are both awkward. I was expecting the T-bag to be less deep but it seems you can pack it quite well.

After seeing the bag I would say it is a steal at $20+10. I probably would have bought it at twice that and feel that's it's a solid investment.

OK... Ijust got one too. Does anybody have problem fitting this on the airbox? the instruction says to bend it so it will follow the contour, I have literally folded the bag in half and still only able to fit 4 of the 6 suction cups... its just like a joke when I pushed one side, the other side came off... any tips?

I wish I could order one of these. They won't send them to the UK. I will have to wait and have them shipped to Orlando when we go on holiday in September.
I'm sure you could fine a fellow rider here on the forum in the Orlando area that would be willing to let you have it shipped to their place. You could then pick it up when you get to the States.

Come on guys, lets hook a brotha up!

Got my bags in today and they look great.

If you want you could purchase them and have it shipped to me and then pay for shipping to have me mail them to you.

:) Now that would be nice.

I had a Sundowner seat for a Sportster shipped over - $40 postage and another $30 duty on arrival.

Got mine yesterday. I bought the nylon one to match mah saddlebags. This thing does the trick for wallet/keys/phone etc.

It has a semi-hard shell built into it so it maintains its shape very well. Sort of like hard sided luggage, cept a little softer. Very well made.

Comes with a safety strap that hooks onto the front that you look around the steering stem just in case.

I think it's best to take off the two middle suction cups and use just the 4.

I'm happy. I recommend getting one--it's very much worth 20 bucks (and 10 shipping)
