I'm 6' 4" on a 2002 A model. I put one leg on each side and just go. I never really thought about it. Although on long rides I would like a set of mids in addition to the Forward controls just to change up once in awhile.

I'm 6'7" and had the Tallboy seat fitted, does'nt look as good but made a big difference to ride comfort as it lets you sit further back and higher up, it does take a lot of space from the pillion though, so unless it's a 45Kg Thai bird on the back of your bike and not some lard arsed slapper, forget it. :angeldev:

Could you post pictures to show the affect the Tallboy seat has on looks.

I am 6'4" and have no problems love it.

I'm 6'1 and it's comfy for me...sundowner does scoot me up about an inch or so which makes me feel a bit more 'compact' but other then that I'm happy.

I'm wanting to get a CFR, where's the best place to pick one up at?

The best thing I did was move the tssm to under the airbox and then re-mold the seat pan. Now I can sit anywhere along the seat. Plus I sit low instead of high like the tall boy seat.
Install the reduced reach pegs backwards and have drag bars- so I'm pretty stretched out. Plus I think it helps that to be a little bow legged....
Big thing to remember is that we are all put together differently- your inseam and arm length will be different no matter how tall you are, you still may have shorter legs or arms meaning you have to tailor it to your own measurments.

6'2" on a D with a Sundowner. I'd rather have the stock D seat, but my wife doesn't like the D touring pillion (looks the same size to me!) I don't feel cramped on the bike. I suppose if the D didn't have highway pegs I could have issues on the longer rides.
