Hey, rocksinhishead, a Busa's "govener" is very easily modified to beat the factory limit on MPH. They can, do and will go 200 in Europe or F*$#ing Kansas city!

yes, they do have a guvvie installed that disallows speeds over 180 (factory). A rev limiter that engages in 6th gear only! This was in agreement with the US government a few years back. As stated, it is easily defeated ( not adjustable).

it's not 180 it's 186 and it wasn't w/ the US Govt. All of the bike companies sat done and came up with that number no matter what bike it was. Just try to get a Kawasaki ZX14 to go above 186

The limiter circuit is not on the European models. The Kaw's limiter can also be easily defeated.
