Passenger Foot peg vibration - Mounted on swing arm bolt

Anyone elase have a major vibration on the passenger peg after using the cycle visions foot peg relocation where it mounts it on the swing arm pivot bolt?

It has no choice but vibrate. It's attached to the engine an it's rubber mounted. This is what the source is. Frame is the only place to mount pegs.

If I find a way to mount back to the original location on the swing arm will it still vibrate?

If mounted anywhere on the swing arm it will vibrate. Frame is the only place to stop that.
