I have 1200-2000 set to 14.6 in the 10KPa field. At the 15KPa area it is 13.9, 13.9 and 13.6 respectively.
That's not your idle area. Just about all of them run around mid 20s-30 ish. That's a decel region and even that's not right as there should not be a 14.6 at 10kpa . However, this is not a factor in your stalling condition. Can you send me a log and your cal to view? If so I'll pm my email. Then I can possibly offer a better suggestion and cure.

SOLVED! After trying a dozen things on the troubleshooting list (thanks everyone for contributing), I took the short cut of slapping on a tuner (Cobra PP Black) and all the idle and stall issues went away. She still bucks a bit at lower rpms like a bull trying to get out of the box, and there's still some decel popping; but I'm gonna put a call into Cobra and see if they can talk me through all that. Overall, seriously relieved that I have a bike that will take care of me moving forward!
(P.S. I sort of like the decel popping)

Update:
Still so far, so good with the Cobra tuner.
I tried lowering the Cruise value to see if the bike could tolerate a smaller amount of fuel and it looks like it can't. "4" has the rpms bouncing. "5" is stable in all situations except very slow maneuvers. "6" (which is what the tuner started at) actually worked the best and is where I will stay.
Update to decel popping (in another thread): the popping decreased significantly when I decreased the Accel value in the Cobra. Now I'll experiment with different values to find the sweet spot between economy and the amount of power that I like.

So, I just noticed that my pipes have these holes. Recently I saw a video where someone drilled holes on their baffle to make their pipes louder. Are these holes standard or were they drilled later? And would that explain why bike was stalling before?

When that mod was originally posted, I believe that it was said that you could get by without a tuner.
I never did that, although another member, thedoctor77 did it on his VRSCR & claimed no need to tune.
I don't believe that was the cause of the stalling.

New clue:
Now that it's summer, I noticed the rpm drop into the 900s when the bike was idling and the fan came on. Is that abnormal? Should the bike be prioritizing power to the EFI over the fans? If this is abnormal, where do I look for the cause?
