Latest Technical Updates

This section will be the place to post Harley technical documents.

Typically these are distributed to the dealerships through the internal H-D intranet.

These are posted as a reference only with all consideration to H-D's copyrights.

Are they're any more recent updates available. It looks like this one is at least 16 months old.

This is what is on the bottom of the site.

Due to threatened legal action from H-D I have temporarily removed links to H-D files in this site*, apologies for the *inconvienence

Also the look here sites aren't working.

Are there sites for TSB's,recalls and repair procedures like I use in the auto repair bizz?
I use Direct Tech and Mitchell On Demand,Aamco has there own version of Direct Tech too.I can look up any info on any car back to 1983,no secrets and nothing hidden.Once in a great while on certain stick shifts I'll get a note that says the manufacturer has not released the info yet. They have to release the info to us as per OBD11 and other regulations. The only thing,I'm aware of,that auto manufacturers don't have to release is all of their software for interfacing w the controllers but that has been beat by using the Generic or Global OBD11.
Access to this info is hundreds of dollars per month but at least it's available for the shops that work on all makes and models, access can be purchased through AutoZone for specific vehicles or all makes.Reflash software for controllers can be accessed through Snap-On.
I know GM has been eliminating repair manual procedure to cut expenses but what's up w the motorcycle repair industry?
W the 07 fuel sender-gauge issues, the dealers claim there is not an on going problem and we know better.Tires, brakes, lean running engines,it's all real.

Ok, if you have any top secret "Technical Updates" or "service bulletins" or updates to parts & service manuals that apply to 2007 models, or VRSCDX. scan them and convert to PDF and I will buy them from you.
PM me.

Run'in on Empty, but the F'in gauge doesn’t work, so I probably have 1/2 a tank!
