I was fed up with the little compressor supplied with my arnotts. Especially when I’ve fitted front air with an air tank. The little compressor was really at its limit trying to fill the tank.
So I decided to fit a larger 150psi, 1.31cfm compressor in front of the battery. Just under the steering stem. Fits nicely.

She's almost ready for the trip to Bikefest down in OC, MD.

Still need to paint the brackets I mocked up to keep the saddle bags off the shocks.

I shopped the net for stock unmodified rear shocks for my 03 VRSCA to cannibalize the springs from. The original owner of my baby chopped the springs to lower the bike and it looks GREAT, but he weighs about 75lbs less than I do so tire rub was never a problem for him when riding two-up....LOL!

I have a pair that came off of my 2004 VRSCB at 4000 miles on the odometer. If interested then make an offer.

410 mile afternoon on the Street Rod. Headed up towards the border to check out the colors.
A bit early yet. But still a good ride.

Thanks! I had been looking at a few bikes over the past coupe years and always had an affinity to the v-rod, particularly the DX. A few months ago, my local dealership posted up this one and I hadn't seen one in superior blue before. I fell in love with it and bought it before they even put it out on the floor.

Funny because I didn't even have my endorsement yet and hadn't ridden anything since dirtbikes when I was a teenager. Had my buddy test ride it for me and took it home that day haha. I was originally going to do all carbon fiber parts if I got a v-rod but decided against it after getting this color.

Isn't that an awesome headlight? Had one installed while in Milwaukee for the 115th. What a difference it makes!
