Hogworkz Headlight backfeed

I installed a Hogworkz LED around 2 weeks ago. Everything was smooth until this morning's ride to work, when it began to backfeed the highs. The dash indicator comes on slightly faded and I can make out faint light from the high beam lights. This continues even with the high beam disconnected.

I contacted Hogworkz and had to re-flip the high connector from where I put it back on reversed this morning. It didn't have current through it, but I'm sure that'll be their excuse should the light itself have malfunctioned. The guy recommended I reset or clear the ecm, but I'm not sure what that'll do with previous tuners, etc, if any.

Anyone have any wisdom in the matter? Is there a way to effectively "clear the cache"?

It's seems to be the Hogworkz light backfeeding. I swapped it back to stock and the problem is gone. Is this repairable, assuming they successfully duck the warranty claim?
