Headlight swap

Hi
I have a 2006 night rod that I would like to fit a v rod headlight to. I’ve noticed that the wiring harness plugs differ so I was wondering if the swap is going to be possible.
TIA

Yes, just need the split wire harness. I’ve done it on several.

Here's an article I wrote about how I put a daymaker-style headlight on my 06 night rod, with a "traditional" (non-night rod) v-rod headlight https://www.youmotorcycle.com/how-to...n-a-v-rod.html

If you hate reading, here's a video on it instead:

Both should link to all of the parts I use, as well as the harley part number, should you want to use a factory wiring harness

It's an easy to do mod and also easy to undo should you want to return to stock.

Wow, small world, thanks! Congrats on getting the job done. Love seeing the VRSCDs still getting some love, too many neglected bikes out there.
