2014 Night rod Rear tire

Ok guys . it's that time to replace the stock rear tire and I know it comes with the 240.

Now tempted to getting something bigger but wasn't sure if I got the 260 if anything else would be needed.

Wanted to reach our before pulling the trigger and hopefully not opening a Can of warms.

Also since the rear tire will be getting replaced should I replace the belt as well ??? Just a thought since it's stock and I haven' really done much with it,

any help would be appreciated . thanks

250/260 you`ll be good, bolt on. Why change the belt? High mileage?

I like to go with ceramic bearing instead of the stock one but since your riding it seasonal its not worth it. Check your brake pads.

'03 VRSCA (now next project), '05 VRSCA (also for parts), '14 VRSCDX (I'm NOT hoarding parts)

You know they are just like potato chips, you can't have just one.

I ride a 2009 Muscle with a Metzler 280 rear on the standard rim. I was skeptical about it fitting, but once it’s on the rim you have about 2mm clearance of the belt.

Properly adjusted belts will run 100K miles or more.
