Stainless Steel bolt kit installation?

Looking to buy an SS bolt kit and saw other threads with manufacturer recommendations. My question is about the installation. Do you just pull out one bolt at a time and insert one and torque to spec? Do you do in in Torque bolt sequence? Does it matter?

I changed just about every fastener on my turbo Muscle to stainless steel, engine covers, calipers, shocks, forks, fender bolts, every fastener I could find an equivalent SS fastener for. Do one at a time re-torquing every one to correct torque values as per the service manual. No big deal.

What about sequence 1 first then 8 then 3 then 6 etc. or can I just go clockwise one bolt at a time. just trying to avoid giving myself another headache (leaks) after an improvement (bolts).

If there is a sequence in the repair manual such as engine covers you may want to follow that sequence removing/replacing one at a time just for tits and giggles
