09 muscle radiator inserts

I’m looking for inserts for my muscle. I can’t find anything for the F. Does anyone have suggestions, for sale or diagrams on how to do it myself? Thanks for all the help. Have a good and safe holiday weekend.

Check out ghost rider customs, know they had some a few years back, but be careful. You are obstructing flow to the radiator the device that cools your motor.

The revo runs hotter hence the liquid cooling. By obstructing that, your reducing the efficiency which will cause the motor to retain more heat.

That being said it has been done and done successfully, but if your high temp light comes on, do yourself a favor and pull the hell over shut off the bike and let it cool sufficiently. No sense in warping your aluminum heads and aluminum sleeved block a mile from your house because your impatient and wanted something that looked cool.

(aluminum is way more sensitive to heat warping than steel)

yup absolutely possible theres really nothing to the radiator shrouds, just a few plastic pieces. Think a 4mm allen key and a 13mm socket should get get those piece off.
