Pick up some pig spit...it's a detailer for pretty much everything on the bike...it will really make the engine pop again(brings back the black of it)

Pipes look great, man... but shit, did your stock pipes do that to your bottom frame rail already on a 2012 bike?

I think that it looks much worse without the front fender.

C'mon man, be creative with your old fender or get another one. Every time that I see a factory bike with the front fender removed it makes me think that the owner is a young punk who wants to be a rebel bit cannot afford to do it right.

The same goes for chain/belt guards or rear fenders removed.

Just to be clear; I'm not calling you a punk. I just think that your bike is calling you a punk and you can't hear it (you're probably going deaf from those straight pipes).

Dr Dave, you are a punk for telling a MAN how to run his bike. I took my rear fender off, and I'll ride harder than your grandson on his hover-craft. Never...Knock a mans bike...

I think it looks much better w/o the front fender. I just don't want rocks and rain in the face. I think those pipes look good also.

When you come on the forum asking and posting pics about your special schit you can't just look for a pat on the back. He asked, he got his answer. Not what he wanted to hear? Tough schit. Truth is, most who don't like it won't even bother posting. Just the touchie-feellie crowd with props.
I agree with your sentiment normally, however when "asked" I will be honest. Otherwise, what's the point?

To that end, fender-less looks ridiculous on this bike. Trying to give it a sports bike look is also ridiculous and adapting air-cooled style crap is lridiculous. IMHO
Those pipes have an OK look, i guess, but they seem to disrupt the natural flow and aesthetics, but more importantly, 2 into 2 pipes are absolutely not the best choice for this engine. Those are especially bad having such different lengths.

It looks good. I aint sure what caused the damage to your frame; however, a quick/cheap fix is purchase those perforated rubber non slip mats that people buy for their car dashboards. Get a few pieces measure em, sew velcro and slip em over that area (on/off in a second). It will cover the area, gives a thicker frame impression and hell i even used them to cover my top fork (chrome area), put another skin on the fuel tank with em 2 on my 08 dx. As for the drive guard and only a recommendation; drill holes in the original to give it that perforated look while providing protection to any lady that may have or be wearing a dress. I only mention this as my kid tracky pants got caught in the open drive belt while doing a few photos. As mentioned only a recommendation.

Vambo, a c'mon man and a punk call out is not constructive... Leave legit criticism and we will respect it. Volley bombs and we will burn you. Opinions are always relative. Yours was better than sir douche.

This ain't an ice cream social and there ain't no rules about how to criticise. You'll have schit jump off now and then and as it should be IMO. Lots of people don't agree but put this many self proclaimed, hot-shot "bikers" together and the testosterone based ego's take precedent. Even the females have an abundance of testosterone here - and look it. Just give it back as you did.
