I hooked my SEPT to mine and ran a "live data" from cold idle to warm. Cold idle was around 1,400 - 1,450 . Once it warmed up it was about 1,250 - 1,300. The idle might have to be set a little higher with the increase in Air volume and if the air is getting cooler in your area the AIT I think will raise the idle to keep it from going overly rich

I'll try to do that this week thanks for the suggestion. I think mine is around those numbers too, at least that's what the tach says but it seldom lowers from 1300 so far, mostly 1350-1450ish

I concur. With my Twin Tec, if I try to go below 1350 rpm it sometimes stalls coming up to a light when hot. Over 1440 it seems too high. I suspect that the low rpm airflow thru the larger plates with the cam overlap is causing weird pressure waves that is confusing the sensors. Might explain some of the broken plates some guys have seen. The larger plates give a steeper cross sectional area increase per degree of opening then the 53mm's.
