Race Supercharger Conv.

I have a new customer that is dropping his bike off shortly for a race conversion. It should be an interesting project I will post progess as we go. He's going for rods, pistons and pinning the mains and clutch mods. Does he need to do more? We should comfortably get 250 bhp but want it to hold together obviously.

The stock case is supposed to be good upt to 160 HP after that ARP studs and a brace/girdle to push the limit

What year bike?

Engine brace for sure along with pinning the mains. V&H transmission upgrades? Ceramic transmission bearings. Oil pump? Temp Sensor override switch?

His website (<-- click the word) lists the 'kit' price as $250 which includes the brace, replacement studs, nuts and a new (modified) oil pan baffle but give Scott a call and tell him you're a forum member. Cheap insurance when putting money into an engine.

Maybe some duct tape to help keep the riders hands on the bars?

Please keep us posted.

my customers bought all those parts, must be from you? Really looking forward to the biuld and the power. Will get the pistons coated on the crown and skirt to give them the best chance. What are the best Rods, I've always run Carrillo's and never had a failure on other engine builds so I'll probably go with what I know.
