How would no pressure on the throttle body affect oil seals in the supercharger? Sounds like a defect in a seal/gasket as these units use self contained oiling systems correct (i.e. unlike turbos that share engine oil and are subject to pressure from the tap source/etc). Correct me if I misunderstood. Wait...are you saying your current one does NOT have a bypass valve?
