Thinking about getting new wheels this year as my recent wheels that are 4 years old look a little rough. Chrome is pitting and peeling. What ya think.
Cause a lot of people already have these rims in black. That's why I went with the chrome cause no one had them. It took me to go all the way out to MWT this year to the Harley museum bike night to park next to a guy with a VROD and have the same exact god damn rims I have. Been wanting to change them ever since.
If I'm going to keep what I have I'm either going to have them redone the way they are or have the centers painted in brandywine kandy to match the paint on the bike. Decisions decisions
Hey Alex... Its been a long time bro! I think you should paid the centers and but do both brandywine with a black strip in the center of each. Will give it a very unique look
Haha, I wouldn't know what thats like here in Idaho. People think that my bike is custom just because there are so few vrods in the area (but plenty of more standard hd's). I'm sure you'll find a buyer interested in refinishing that 10 inch wheel, which will offset the cost of the next set. Good luck!

Well if you are dead set on new wheels I won't try and talk you out of it. If you want to kick those nasty old wheels to the curb, I'll take'em off your hands :hidesbeh:
Why dont you powdercoat or recoat them? You have a chance there to do something creative instead of the flat black boringness everybody is doing now...
Check out our Facebook page at GR Customs, we are getting ready to launch 12 new wheels plus Carbon Fiber Wheels that will really make your bike stand out in a crowd!!!
