I would buy a third if there is another manufacturer willing to step up! I rode over 25K this last 12 months, so I have plenty of milage to apply to a system. Richard's system is several evolutions ahead of yours, and as soon as you send me a kit to put on and rack up some mileage, I can help isolate the bugs. We (Ann and I ) have done 10 sets of tire changes since January (but moved here needing a set on hers). I buy AMSOIL by the gallon, and ride just about every day. I have prototyped and beta tested many parts. I am willing to test anything, as long as it does not hurt my bike (like blow up my motor) or is unsafe. So long as everything is based on sound engineering, I am in, and live in a place where I can ride all year. Best of all, I do it for free. I proof about 1 part a month - like making a part fit when they say it does not. Or develop simple mods - like spacers for A model bars, to raise them an inch.
Keep working on your system, and TTS will continue to refine his. I help everybody, and the results speak for themselves. I also harvest feedback from the rallies and runs I go on, and pass that back. Lastly, I turn my own wrenches, so can provide real lessons learned as a customer. I welcome innovation, and look forward to completing a reliable system that everyone wants, including the factory! Imagine a contract with the OEM! Or better, a whole model built around a supercharged revolution motor. HD does not do the R&D on stuff like this - we do, and then they buy it. Look at trikes, softails, fat tires. All were prototyped by men like Richard, and Brian, and Lehman. So, let's do it! Joe

HATS OFF!!!

I am in the market....just have to show me, you do warranty on your system. SC is nice, actually my preference, just would like a solid platform, that is supported.

Flying the Flag

I,ve been flying the flag for the TTS Race conversion now for 8000 miles ,learnt a lot in that time which i dont mind sharing ,like to do the road miles with occasional drag meets thrown in .
Its a simple enough system with the rotrex unit super reliable i find it works well with the powercommander v with autotune and lcd screen ,plenty of features to play with here .
I did a lot of research before i committed myself and dont think theirs another unit to compair it to .

Yes you have and we have watched your build.

Now Richard needs to come and answer questions and be apart of this.

He needs to represent the product he wishes to sell.

We the people on the forum are looking for someone to stand up and be there with the good, the bad, and the ugly.

To show that you really care about the end product.

Not just a another sell and a thank you for making my house payment.

Richard we are not lions, we are just looking for info and details.
I find the people on the form have a need to know habit of Proving things work the way they are designed.

Scham beat the daylights out of it and now Joe has it.
I hope things get worked out there and he can post up and share the info.

Please post up and lets talk....

Rod

Richard has some new parts for me in the works. I hope we address the issues, and make a system that is reliable and powerful. I will keep you all posted on progress. Meanwhile, save your pennies! Joe

Hi Joe:
What new parts is Richard fixing up for you?
My TTS has been working just fine even though I have low mileage and am easy on it. Just wish the inter cooler looked better. No oil leaks.

Hi Rich! SC main bearing failed at 5000. PTO seal failed at 3000. Axle broke the pulley pins 2X. Blow off valve useless. Remember, I got this from Scham, who beat on it. Who knows how many miles it has, total? I guess 10-12K
Richard is working on a toothed belt design to lessen side play pressure on axle in PTO. Has a new plenum designed that looks great in billet. Working on PCV issue to capture oil mist. As soon as he has some time to mill these, I am ready to bolt it back on. I think this will finish off the pesky issues. I hope so! Joe
