Is that the pizza/food place? Hated it. My Mom owned/operated the gas station there, which has since been razed. Been about 20+ years ago.

Mine is an old Craftsman GDO. it does use a 12V battery and has lasted well over a year while wired directly to my motorcycle battery.

Nah, man. It was a grocery store only. It may have turned into a pizza place after they retired. That would have been mid-70's at the latest.

Did the same set up using a switch off fleebay. Works great! Sent someone pictures of the mod a long time ago and can't remember who it was. Now that I recently moved I need to code in a new remote ad wire it to the switch in the pod.

Best mod yet!

This is how I wired mine. There is a switch for the leds and the switch to open the garage.
