No, not at all. That second one is just a stock fender that the owner took a cutting wheel too.

You can even get a similar look by going fenderless or modifying the stock fender, but I guess that's just too cheap and you'll prefer ordering the $1,500+ tail section LOL!....

so just by removing the fender completely and getting a custom seat will achieve the look?

If you want the euro look, you have to get a euro fender.

If you want a short fender, then just cutting your stock on is the cheapest.

I would also suggest looking into cult-werks. Really they are very reasonably priced and their stuff is all blown plastic, not cheap fiberglass. It all comes down to what look you want though.

I love their rear fender, it also comes with a custom seat. It will run you about 850 dollars with shipping (plus paint).

I'm still between a rock and a hard place concerning the rear of the bike. I love the streetfighter/euro rear fender look. but I've also seen others that I liked that have just been self made from the stock fender.
