i had read that toluene has more kinetic energy than other additives like octane booster.

Well back to the original question i posted, i put 95 gasohol in my bike today for the first time and everything seems to be fine, i cant tell a difference to be honest.
Maybe i should have done it earlier, it's also a lot cheaper!

If gasohol is like E85, it's going to trash your fuel system.

The blend most people remember being marketed as gasohol was discontinued because it caused too many issues because the alcohol content was too high and the fuel systems were not designed for it. The current gasohol blend has been settled in the US at 90/10 and it is so ubiquitous that most people probably don't even know they've been using it.

E85 is (obviously) a 15/85 blend and it should only be used in those vehicles that have been designed for it. They two blends are totally different...

well over here there are several gas stations from company's I've never heard of so i try and use Shell stations. My understanding from this thread and looking it up is that its 90/10.

As i mentioned come january i will have no choice as regular gas isn't being sold here anymore
