Dakota Digital Guage Question?

Hi Everyone. I got my dokota guage installed a few years ago and love it. The only problem I have with it is the turn signal doesn't go off when I make a turn or after about 10 sec it might go off sometimes. I have to manualy turn it off myself. It is starting to bother me now because sometimes i forget to tap it off. any sugestions?

It is the tssm that determines when the signals cancel not the gauge. The tssm/hfsm has a BAS (Bank Angle Sensor) in it which determines when to turn the signals off.

The tssm/hfsm needs replacement. Simple plug and play for the hardware but there is a "marrying" procedure you must go through to "acquaint" the ECM to your new tssm/hfsm. Takes about 1/2 hour, is very easy. The time is intentional, desiigned to thwart thieves in the Wal-Mart parking lot from swapping out tssms and skedaddling.
Tssm/hfsm's are not cheap.
I would let a H-D dealer diagnose it first.
