so, passed some time since i did this and have received a few pm's asking me how.
anyways i am gonna repaint and i don't wanna paint over that beautiful x-paint.
was thinking to make another but have decided to take the rear fender and have a mold made and pour another out of the mold in steel.
with the standard 240 rear tire there's a good half inch clearance, the the avon(which are mounted now) a hair has a hard time passing the fender, but it passes.
with the mold made i can pour 4-6 rear fenders, so they tell me.
i will have them poured.
so at least 2-4 will be for sale
if interested. let me know.

dont know the costs but a hellofalotless than starting from scratch

I am definitely interested. Will you be willing to make the solo seat pans also?

Definitely keen on this. Is the rear rim a stock 8"? I am saving up for an 8,5" BST rear to match my front, do you think the clearances would be too tight for this to work?

That must have been it. That setup is amazing. Notice any adverse effects on the rear suspension?
