I used the longer gr custom rear fender with led brake/indicator inserts, added the vrod muscle side registration plate system as the holes for it are already on the fender strut. I had platinum air rides for a few footy seasons when i noticed regular leakage with the fuel tank hitting the safety gromets on the swingarm. I replaced the lines and still had issues. In the end went for skullman 11.75 shocks lowering the bike to suit the rear fender. For a few hundred dollars they are stiffer, lower and better then the stockers. The only other issue was the LED inserts they worked great until i went for a steam clean and subsequently recommend they be silasticed before placement due to the extensive water and damage it can cause.
