Question Shift light LAUNCH mode wiring

I'm Checking an Autometer shift light with launch mode which calls for wiring at the "clutch lever switch", does my '05 have such a switch or a similar way where the launch mode is activated while the clutch lever is held? Thanks in advance

on the raptor shift lights with launch mode its hooked to the VSS wire so when the VSS gets a signal it goes from launch to shift. it may work using that method. prolly should call auto meter and ask them.

Here are the instructions. I guess that it can be done installing a separate switch (normally open, momentarily closed) and wiring the blue wire like stated there

As long as were talking shift lights, is there any units that anybody can recommend for the street? I have a 2012 NRS.

Does Raptor make a water tight unit for motorcycles yet?
