Wow that is amazing fast!

My totally stock 03 seems to level off around an indicated 137 on a prolonged full throttle run. That is with my camping gear strapped on the back seat and clothes loaded in the saddle bags going down I-5 north of Sacramento. I wonder how much wind resistance the bags add? After that run I was turning my head to make sure the bags were still attached .

Did the same try with my Honda RC51.. in jeans and tshirt(retarded I know but fun as fu-k).. 297 km/h.. had alot more to give but I chicked out..

The Kawasaki VN800 did about 170 with same setup... had noting more to give..

My Ducati Monster 620.. about the same as the v-rod.. 210 km/h but with larger clothes but pressed against the tank..

Fastest and cheapest way to gain speed.. loose weight

I clocked 126 mph... on the way to Payson AZ. Had more on the tach to go, but wasn't wearing a helmet - stupid day for me...although if I had crashed at that speed, don't know how much a helmet would've helped

Anything over 40 kph and they can impound your vehicle in BC Canada. There seems to be a lot of young new Canadians with learner plates driving Ferraris in Vancouver. They get together and race around the city. It's not like the old days when you could actually feel what high speed was by the roar of the motor or the shimmy on the steering wheel. Modern cars/bikes are so smooth and refined at high speed.

I decided to open her up the other day and forgot to tuck in. I was sitting straight up and decided to let off when my helmet was swashed against my face to the point my vision got blured and looked down to see 130. It never felt like it quit pulling and seemed like it had more to go but didnt look at the tac. Its an 05 se with Rinehart 2-2, pc3 dyno tuned and k&n.

150

Hit 150 going across SD with a huge backpack on. Had to slow down for traffic, however it was still pulling. I've also heard the speedos on the vrods aren't accurate maybe off 10mph give or take. I've never actually been clocked.
