OEM connectors??

So I've ordered new controls, a Dakota Digital Gauge, front & rear turn signals, as well as new brake lights. So I want try and wire all this up with OEM style connectors so that they will just be plug in play. I've seen one write up how to wire up the DDG but the others I need some help on figure out what connectors and pins I need to pick up and where from!

The shop manual tells all. It also tells you they type tool to use. Deutsch connectors have a special crimpping tool cost $400. No joke the cheapest one I found new was just over $300 for the corrct one, there are cheap knock offs but will not last as long.

Harley uses Deutsch (Ladd Industries) and Molex MX-150 series for most of their multi-contact "waterproof" connectors. I prefer the Deutsch mostly because of availability, but the Molex versions that HD uses are slightly more compact. The Deutsch connectors are available from several sources besides HD. I usually use Batts Racing or Summit Racing.

HD uses both the DT and DTM series depending on current load requirements. You don't need the expensive Deutsch crimping tool especially if you use the "stamped and formed" pins and sockets as supplied with the connectors at Summit. There are other crimping devices that will work with these "stamped and formed" versions or you can solder the wires (I usually do both).

If you want to use the Molex connectors, one source is NAMZ Custom Cycle Products.

Thanks for the heads up, my wiring harness is an 05 model so I believe the two hand controls are Deutsch, and I think the turn/stop use the Molex connectors. I have those housing just need to buy new pins for them but sold off the hand controls so will have to order new housings and pins for those.

HD didn't use Molex MX-150 connectors until 2007. The lighting connectors HD uses are the unsealed AMP multilock connectors.
