I'm doing some work on a friends 08 DX. What are the torque specs for the rear axel, front axel and fork tube nuts?

Rear axle nut - 140/150 ft/lbs

Front Axle Nut 50/55 ft/lbs

Fork Tube Nut (at the top of each shock) - 16/43 ft/lbs

Fork pinch Bolts 31/34 ft/lbs.

Double checked the form tube cap - accurate. Obviously, just get it decently tight and you'll be fine

Rear brake disc is 30-38 ft/lbs.

I've had the rear wheel off a few times, as well as the calipers. Never had to remove the brake disc from the wheel to do this. You should be able to rotate the caliper up and out of the way.

Thanks Drew. On my 03 I can get the caliper off without removing the rotor, but with the Brembo caliper I couldn't get it off without removing the rotor.
