I got a used swing arm on EBAY and of course the description said, "light scratches, barely noticeable" and it arrived pretty scratched up with a couple down to the metal.

What are my options as far as filling in those scratches and/or cleaning them up? First thought was using my touch-up and clear coat, but how well will that work on PC'd parts?

I lightly sanded the whole thing to take the gloss away. (I did not go all the way to bare metal) Then filled the chips and scratches. Then resanded. Put a basecoat on then I painted it with Gloss Black Auto paint from a rattle can. Then Wet sanded it and cleared it and wet sanded again. Turned out perfect. take your time. All kinds of info on the net to help. As long as the suface is preped right it will be fine.
