I bought a 2012 10th Anniversary 9/8/12. First I drilled 8, 7/16" holes in the end pipe. Sound was a lot better. Then i get a Power Vision and do a V-modd. The V-modd pipes sounds incredible.
Pretty easy, use a 3" hole saw and screwed on a 1-3/8 hole saw on the end of the arbor to center my cut. The baffle comes out with out cutting the other end.
Then I cut the mesh about 3/4" in, and bent the mesh to the out side. Use high temp blk silicone around the inside of the pipe and pulled the mess to the rear. And then topless yesterday.
