I've never actually measured the forks (don't have access to a model that uses them) so all I can give you is the data I have that's been posted by others on the forum: 56 mm upper legs with 43 mm inverted fork tubes.

It´s an good idea. We can do 300€ for the clutch basket, if we also get 10 together.

Rob, You need to go up to the next wider size & cut it down in width. I used a belt sander and clamps. I put the original one next to the new one & clamped them together as I took off about 6 inches per pass. Be very careful not to go too deep, but if you go along rather than across you should be OK. You'll need to use something like an Xacto knife to trim off the fuzz. It is a standard stock item ( Gates ?)

Hi Doug, I found your post about the extended swing arm. Hi Doug, wanted to ask where you found the 160T Poly chain belt? Nobody around here can find anything wider that 20mm in the 160T.

    Thanks-

For the oil, I added the pan spacer to hold an extra quart. This is what the HD engineers told me they did with the Destroyers. I also put on a heat sink, there is a post on it on the Forum. Cost about $15 & had it cut in half, sold the other half for $10. I believe it helps. I just did a post about heat shields you might want to read. The intercooler is not cost effective at the boost we run. Get a good dyno tune first, the Trask map is WAY soft. After that the heads & cam are good for 20 hp together across the rpm range. Have you upgraded fuel pump & injectors ? If not it should be a priority. I have the big 8.75 Seimens units, no issues at all running them.

Hey SBD, I saw your posts and I have an 07 aw with a Trask and tmax. I don't have an intercooler. I weigh 250, and live in texas. I want to drag the bike but I have added hard bags. I want to compensate for my weight I am thinking of getting the heads done its an 1130cc, changing the cams to turbocams, and possibly adding the intercooler. What would you do if you were in my shoes. Thanks. 8324965426.

Was wondering if your relocated rear turn signals got in the way of passengers' legs, but then I noticed you removed your passenger pegs. Did you tote any passengers post signal relo but pre peg removal?
