Well, so much for a cooperative forecast! At 2:00, the skies were looking quite ominous, so I decided to bag it, and headed out to Blackhawk instead. Glad I did, too - by the time I got to Richmond, it was raining HARD... and continued to do so all the way to South Beloit. I got there just in time to see the Formula 40 (old farts) race. Then, it was time to kick back and enjoy an evening of bench racing fueled by adult beverages of several different flavors!

John and Carl went to 'da Grove - they stuck it out until 6:00 and then went home. I don't think the event was able to run.

Doesn't rain just suck....KSP
