Ask VrodG, and Max both are in your height range and have modified their bikes to fit them nicely. I cant even reach the shifter or brake on VrodG's bike.

I'm 6'6" and love my bike. Still riding on stock controls but will be switching soon to extended controls. The bike can be made to fit.....

You can buy extended controls from aftermarket company's (can't remember right now who makes them) And you can also buy Harley's reduced reach controls and just flip them around for extended reach.

Depending on what year V you buy I think they made the TallBoy seat for the 02-06 bikes (not the R model though).

I guess our regional tacos don't increase height, only girth!

I purchased and installed the V-mod.com extended controls (3" Ness ones, not the 2" black). Pushed it so far forward I feel comfortable in purchasing the Sundowner seat for long distance cruising, despite it moving you forward 1".

Will see when it arrives. Right now I'm riding almost straight-legged.
$430 though. Tried the extended reach pegs, reversed, but it didn't do it for me.

I was thinking about some extended controls, but am afraid I wouldn't be able to reach the controls when I use the CFR seat. I have the sundowner for extended rides and passengers

I am 6'4" have standard seat and controls find it extremely comfy and I used to have a Fatboy with 2" ext forward controls and 18" apehangers, was actually shocked how comfy I find it no problems at all.

6'-4". Ride an R. Fits well; rides comfortably. Custom seat helps.
