Local Dragstrip decided to stop letting bikes run at the strip, kid on a 'Busa showing off crashed and burned. No more bikes allowed. Guess it will be a long trip to go run bike.

Sorry to hear that, you say BURNED! What exactly happened? Seems a bit of a rash reaction, any other reasons that caused the track managment to BAN bikes?

I travel 95 miles to get to the nearest strip, how far will you need to travel?

Not exactly sure what happened , got a call from my brother that lives by the track. It is 60 miles from my house, next closest is 125 miles away.

Weathers been cold and raining, haven't even had chance to get bike outta garage and fire it up. Summer gotta get here soon.

If the track is an NHRA track and you are a member I would think they can't ban bikes. If they are NHRA, call the NHRA main office and file a complaint. Can't hurt any. Thats crazy banning a whole class, you ban the trouble maker. Good luck

Found out little more last night, seems they been having ongoing problems with bikes. Been having lot of trouble with them, and decided to ban all bikes.

Not an NHRA track as far as I know, just a local private strip in Paragould Arkansas.

Wonder if they would ban cars if one crashed?
