I have been working on and am posting this Race Data program for use and feedback.
You can add and compare all race times entered: E.T, R/T, MPH, Weather Conds, etc.
I would appreciate any assistance in evaluating and refining this program further as I am just a beginner with this sorta stuff... :slap: (win. excel required.)
I have added a few race times I have found posted on high performance forum page as an example, these can be deleted. Let me know what you think?

Nice set -up - I think that it has some potential for an individual racer to compare their own runs - Good analytics can be valuable - comparing numbers from differant tracks is and differant conditions is like comparing dyno runs on differant dynos - some may argue with me but my experience is that adjustments using SAE adjustments are not accurate at all - even with the limited swings in a single day.RickN - can you take a look at this and share your thoughts

Updated File -Easier to read and understand terms.

Added -
W / L / D - comparisons with reaction times factored in to calculation.
Section Breakdown Chart converted to bar graff. (easier to read at a glance)
Best & Worst Runs now show race number.
Displays 1/8 & 1/4 mile Data
Fixed a couple of errors that occured on later numbered race entries.

Let me know if you have any problems and I will try and sort them out.
As before this has example race data shown which can be deleted.

Swine,

Great work! I only have two questions:
1. How do I modify the pull down lists. I want to add a test, and qualification runs to to win, loss and bye box. Also I want to put in all my prior races so I need to add different dates too.
2. For those of us in the US on farenheit, are temperature calculations used anywhere in the spreadsheet?

Scott,

Email sent, will get back to you by weekend on mods.

OK, Mods done...

"1. How do I modify the pull down lists. -
(Add data to first page in spaces provided, If you want to delete existing data, select box and use delete or backspace button.)

"2. I want to add a test, and qualification runs to to win, loss and bye box. -
(Added - also added totals for these. Test runs are also highlighted in blue.)

"3. Also I want to put in all my prior races so I need to add different dates too. -
(Fixed - select blank space from list, you can now add old data.)

"4. For those of us in the US on farenheit, are temperature calculations used anywhere in the spreadsheet?" -
(This should not matter as long as you stick to one and not interchange. I have added this to title - cel. / deg.)

I have also included instructions for use and further modifications if needed.

Scott updated file has been sent via email...

Thanks for the feedback and I will try to keep program updated for required modifications on request.
Regards....
