Do a search on exhaust or pipes or Supertrapp and you'll find a lot of information. You can also go to www.v-twinforum.com and search on v-rod exhaust and get information dating back over a year.
To sum up your question the SuperTrapp is one of the better power pipes but it reduces lean angle so you'll probably grind it a little. The best power combo is:
No end cap and all disks (number of disks without end cap is irrelevant)
SE Air Filter (K&N)
Topless (remove air box cover)
EFI tuner of your choice HOWEVER, I recommend the HD Race Tuner along with a few hours on a dyno getting the bike dialed in.
You can go with the Power Commander PCIIIr and a downloaded map but it will only get you close and you'll still spend time on a Dyno anyway getting it right. Talk to your dealer and/or tuner and see which product they like. It's important that they are comfortable with the product you will be asking them to use.
Read the articles in the EFI and Performance section of this site, there's a lot of information to digest but you have plenty of time :)

Super Kaz 11-20-2003, 10:57 PM Techlusion TFI with the Super Kaz tune up!
Vinny 11-21-2003, 11:54 PM What is a Super Kaz tune-up?
N2O?
Oxygenated fuel?
????
Super Kaz 11-22-2003, 01:06 AM It's the tune up on the Techlusion TFI that we spent about 250 dyno runs perfecting! It's really good for the V-5+Topless=setup!
Vinny 11-22-2003, 10:53 AM So, if I go and get the techlusion, I'll get 118rwhp?With the map you made for the v-rod?That's what you claimed to have gotten with pump gas.You got one kicka$$ tuner. He knows his sh!t!can I borrow him for a day or 2?
Super Kaz 11-22-2003, 10:59 AM Come out to Vegas!;) We did sync the Throttle Bodies. That was about 2rwhp!All in All it's in the Tune.He should be a Good tuner since he owns part of Techlusion and lives in the dyno room!
Vinny 11-22-2003, 11:16 AM What all involves SYNCing the TBodies? Is there some special tool that is needed?
I'd love to make it out to Vegas, haven't been there yet.
If I did it wouldn't be untill spring time.I'm gonna be visiting with Gerencer's this winter,to talk to them about HP mods since they are good friends with Tilley's.(previous post),I will be sharing the tips to this forum, and I'll still be picking up tips here.
It's getting cold here and the snow is a coming.Gonna have to put up for the winter soon.I'll have nothing but time,to work on the v-rod.
Does he tune the pcIIIr and the race tuner also?
Super Kaz 11-22-2003, 11:52 AM Well you have to have Fresh Muffler Bearing first and make sure your Flux capasitor is charged! Then get 1.6 ounces of Blinker fluid and your Set!;) Piece of Cake!
Harleyvrodguy 11-22-2003, 01:15 PM Kaz, Can I get that muffler bearing # please........................lmao :o) Eric
Harleyvrodguy 11-22-2003, 01:18 PM Wowzers, a flux capacitor? You are so high tech Kaz. Did you pick that up from the Enterprise? lol
Super Kaz 11-22-2003, 01:55 PM How the Hell did you know were I get all my speed secrets! ;)
Harleyvrodguy 11-22-2003, 02:03 PM I too know a little about dynamic retro induction..............hehe
Vinny 11-22-2003, 09:22 PM kaz is this what you are talking about to sync the TB's

Super Kaz 11-23-2003, 01:18 AM Vinny,
All kidding aside.Make sure both throttle bodies blades are opening the same amount and not over opening shrouding the Valves, and killing power!:D It's done with adjusting the linkage at full throttle so both open the same to vertical. No more No less!
Vinny 11-23-2003, 10:54 AM I looked at them last night,When I pulled the plugs to take a look at them.
They look to be straight up and down. And opening the same, and reaching WOT at the same time.
I played with the gap on the plugs.A little more responsive, and snappier.
Thanks for the tips.
OZROD 11-30-2003, 07:35 PM To increase the lean angle slot the mounting bracket holes and loosen off the front clampand you can raise the rear of the pipe nearly two inches then tighten it all up the front clamp doesn't leak and does not have too much pressure on it. You will then find the radiator surround is the next to suffer.
