If they made the BB kit available for the V-Rod from HD given the new 2005 bike, could this be bored out more if you just bought the sleeves? :confused:

If the new heads are CNC ported then that's part of the benefit and price will be steeper. If you want to reproduce same performance level as in the 2005 bike just the BB sleeves and pistons will not do. If it would make such performance then for those wanting these kit maybe you could raise the bar a bit :sinister: on the 2005's. Sleeper's always better :2cents: .

HD just may offer a little big bore kit.

They can't do anything with the cylinders because the whole motor has to come down to trim the cases ($995) on the 2002 -2004 models. The 2005 model cases will have to be changed too --at the factory.
