With a little help of the ole puter the V-Rod is traveling through some old footage 80 to 130 mph.

I'm starting to get into this movie making hobby but I could use some IDEAS. :helpme:

Any suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

one of my mate did a video on his road bike. He listened to one particular music when he was riding and filming. He syncronised the movement of the bike with the music and he edited the clip with the same music he was listening to.
I'll try to find the clip and post it here. It was awsome - he did some simple stunts but syncronised it very well with the music.

Was the video sped up? Maybe it was just me, and no disrespect intended, but the other cars seemed awful fast as well.

YES!

That's why I worded the thread with:

"With a little help of the ole puter the V-Rod is traveling through some old footage 80 to 130 mph."

I used the software and computer to speed it up.

It sounds like he put a lot of time and effort into that movie and I bet it is very cool.

Please post it. Love to see it!

Do you speed up the video or film it slow then play normal speed?

It was filmed in real time at normal speed. Pinnacle 9 allows you to edit the "time" of a movie which allows you to create slow motion or high speed effects.

What I discovered with Pinnacle is you lose the film track sound (I.e. V-ROD exhust sound) when adjusting the speed and I'm not sure if that can be avoided.

Pinnacle has three tracks: Movie sound, and two background sound tracks which is very cool.
