What are your plans for keeping the units dry if it rains?

I carry a couple of small ziplock bags. Slip em over the electrics (phone / XM radio). My Garmin 60C is waterproof.

OMG! (sorry for the Hijack) but I have just come back on the forum after being gone for what seems like years. DANIII is that your VROD?! What happened to it?! LOL This is one of the first posts I have read, and I look forward to seeing all that is knew around here. I have never seen an eltra glide faring on a vrod, was it difficult? I saw a Road Glide faring once and it seemed simple since it mounted to the frame. (reply/move) to private thread if you like, again sorry for the hijack.

Thats an aftermarket (KenDay) fairing. Had to make my own mounts. Do a search under threads started by me and you'll get more than enough info. :deal:
