What compression ratios are you guys running?and are you using pump gas or race gas?

Also,have any of you had the pistons coated?with that ceramicteflon stuff(whatever it's called)not just the skirts,also the tops.

You can run v-rods with 12/1 ratio on premiun pump gas.I have built several and this seems to work best.

We have coated our pistons on top and sides. I think coating top is more beneficial than sides but thats just my opinion.

In your experience what is the best street pipe to run with the Big Bore. I am running some modified SE'2's and getting 135 hp and 89 ft lbs torque. I believe that I can do much better with a better tuned exhaust.

I will try to do it, and if I fail I'll figure out what I did wrong and fix it. So I know your having fun but stick to the back of the bike where Paul put you.

Kaz has the prize for the most money spent (execpt for Harley) on his two V-Rods which aren't running yet. He knows he is spending a lot more than most people will BUT he likes to ruin on the cutting edge. He also knows that there is a price to pay sometimes/most times for being first to try something. IT'S AN EXPENSIVE HOBBY/SPORT!!! but we all love it.

Since we have 2 intake valves, our stock injectors are probably a twin stream/cone that are angled correctly for the intakes.
Just throwing a higher flow injector in may not work as well! (I happen to work for an injector manufacturer, but we do not make any for H-D)

Yeah, we make all the Siemens Deka injectors here, literally hundreds of variations. Unfortunately we don't really stock anything here, everything is 'made-from-order' or 'just-in-time' manufacturing :tmbsdow:
We make almost every piece for the injector right here in our plant, including winding the coils, and laser cutting the tip orifices.

Yes your right I'm waiting for Magnetti Marelli 069 Stock is 063 but am Trying big Edlebrocks with the NON STOCK SPRAY PATTEREN!I was told with the amount of Bost I running I just bump up the idel and I should be OK! ;)
