I could need some help:

Does someone happen to have the part number for a complete VRXSE oil pump assembly?

Does someone know if there are oil pumps with more displacement available?

Does someone know the maker of the pump (made in USA)?

Kaz,

putting a shim under the safety valve spring of the oil pressure relief valve won't help much IMHO.
The stock opening pressure is supposed to be 88 psi, which should be absolutely sufficient for any RPM and/or engine load.
It is more the pressure at idle or low rpm that concerns me.
The manual states an oil pressure of 44 psi at 3000 RPM and 70° oil temperature - this is well below the above mentioned 88 psi - the safety valve is still closed at that pressure (with or without shim).
