Had the IAT sensor go bad, took to dealer and they tried to fix it. The bike seemed to be in limp mode, sputtering, misfiring. Went home and reprogrammed my powercommander and the bike seemed better. Has no Harley download and is still missing at low throttle. I can't hold the throttle to keep the bike at a constant speed, like 15mph. Not that I go that slow but it sputters. My local tuner thinks once the Harley download is in it will fix the problem. Mods are , SE filter, Rineharts, Short stack, IAT relo, PCIIIr, 28t pulley. Anyone had anything like this, I also have had the fuel flange replaced already. Help, I'm ready to do anything. The bike runs incredible at high speed, had it up to 130 yesterday and it wanted more. :helpme:

Try changing the plugs first. You could be rich, and fouling out the plug.

I did that already, they were fouled. The bike picked up power but still rough.

I have the same problem. It has been in service since November. First they found a warped head and coolant was leaking into one of the cylinders. They fixed that but did not fix the rouph rpm in the 2500 to 3500 rpm range. Next replaced the ECM and claim to have fixed the problem but have not released the bike because they are getting codes off range from the computer. They are working with HD to resolve with one of the options being to replace the feul injectors. I have a 2003 completely stock bike which fortunately is under warrantee (although that is expiring this month). I think I'm going to get the extended warrantee.
